The Borinquen Writing Project is a bilingual program dedicated to the improvement of writing skills in English and Spanish. It was established in 1995 at the University of the Sacred Heart in Santurce, Puerto Rico. Its mission is based on the principles established by the National Writing Project at the University of California in Berkeley http://www.writingproject.org/.
